In addition to the best caviar the world has to offer, they have fresh foie gras flown in twice weekly, from a French producer in Quebec. "Our seasonal black and white truffles are always such a treat to unpack, the truffle scent envelops the entire shop." They have specialty oils from Italy and France as well as Morocco. Theo produces premium, organic, fair trade and specialty chocolate. Our founder, Joseph Whinney, pioneered the manufacture and supply of organic chocolate products as the first importer of organic cocoa beans into North America in 1994.
Over a decade later, Theo is proud to be the only roaster of organic cocoa beans and the first roaster of Fair Trade certified cocoa beans in the United States. All of our ingredients are carefully selected to ensure they meet our standards for social and environmental responsibility.
Open seven days a week from 10am to 6pm.
