In addition to the best caviar the world has to offer, they have fresh foie gras flown in twice weekly, from a French producer in Quebec. They have blocs of foie gras that you can keep in your pantry as well as whole duck foie gras in sauterne. "Our seasonal black and white truffles are always such a treat to unpack, the truffle scent envelops the entire shop." They have specialty oils from Italy and France as well as Morocco. Specialty salts will add a striking new dimension to your corps de cuisine. We have a wonderful assortment to choose from.
