Big John's on 6th Ave S. just north of Royal Brougham Way, near the downtown sports arenas, behind INS in the International District.

An amazing place. Ridiculously low prices on exotic cheese, bulk spices, Euro/Mediterranean/Mideast canned goods. Gol dang! Yerba Mate tea for $2.50/lb instead of $20!!! Smashed shards of European chocolate. Restaurant-quality frozen pitas in bulk. Filo, olives & oil, meats, large collection of pastas (plus frozen stuffed pasta & gnocchi), Mid-east stuff, euro-cookies, etc. Weird mediterranean canned goods. Officially it's Italian/Mediterranean.

The Spanish Table

The Seattle store opened in 1995.  It's the original site of The Spanish Table. The shop is located between the Pike Place Market and the waterfront on the Pike St. Hillclimb.

Food & Cookware from Spain & Portugal including Paella pans that serve one to 200 people, Portuguese copper cataplanas, terra cotta cookware, specialty food items, music, books, and much more!

  With over 400 employees Uwajimaya is one of the largest Asian grocery retailers in the Pacific Northwest.
